In this case study, my co-authors and I unpacked how Kawee Chong and his team navigated the fast-evolving business landscape over nearly 3 decades, starting from TV Media home shopping business to the highly popular health and beauty product brand, Kinohimitsu, to Kinofy, a more recent spinoff to help Singapore companies enter the China market.
